Dwelling Envy was hired mid renovation for this apartment project located in New York City.  As the before photos illustrate, our final designs show the new layout based on the renovated area that now is their living and dining room space.  This major challenges for this project was providing the clients everything they need for a family of 5 needed in less than 500 square feet. They’re needs included an entryway area, a large round dining table to seat 5, and storage, storage, and more storage!  

The end result, a truly beautifully designed space where function and practicality meet.   Some items my client was thrilled over included: a console table with space for storage ottomans, pseudo built-in bookcases, and an upholstered storage ottoman in the living room area that included a pull-out table.  Continue scrolling to see how their concept turned into a reality with 3D conceptual rendering
